What happened
Th employee lifted a 0.9 steel shell to help it move along the conveyor because there was a pause on a conveyor feeding the next machine. While the employee placed his hand on the shell to lift it the other conveyor activated and fed the next shell and pushed it into his hand cutting his finger with the bottom flange of the shell.
