Agent was working in the bag well loading bags into carts.
What happened
Agent was putting a large bag in the cart kneeled on the side of the bag cart to get leverage to push the bag to the top back of the stack. As agent began to move with the bag knee cap hit the corner of the cart pushing the knee cap out of place. When agent stood back up knee cap popped back into place. Knee swelling and toes numb.
