Before the incident
I am a tool maker. I had to cross over a conveyor [REDACTED]. We place a board on the conveyor edge to cross over it to get at the machine. When I knelt on the board with my R. knee the board slipped a little and I felt a pull in my R groin. I did not fall on the conveyor.
