I was sitting in a stool facing the patient who was sitting in bed RN colleague entered room with ODT [REDACTED] for me to administer set it on a rolling bedside cart behind me next to bedside computer During the medication administration I was sitting on the stool and one of the legs broke mid-shaft which caused me to fall onto the ground i landed on my butt bottom tailbone and right hand
