What happened
Associate pulled a pallet off a pile of pallets and started to drag the pallet while walking backwards The associate tripped over their own feet falling backwards As she fell the associate put her left hand down This hand took the full force of the fall the associate heard a pop and felt alot of pain in her elbow The safety coordinator was called and took her to the break room and applied ice The pain was getting worst so the safety coordinator and supervisor decided to take her to the ER After xrays the associate was told she had broken a bone her elbow
