What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a [REDACTED] associate reported pain in their right shoulder on their lateral deltoid The associate was unable to pin point the cause of the pain They stated they first felt the pain on 22924 while running 8qt potting mix on line 1 and it might have been caused by scrapping shoveling or unclogging the VF chute They did not report the injury at the time because they thought it would get better on its own On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the associate was still experience pain and reported the injury The associate was provided with biofreeze an ice pack and some OTC antiinflammatory They were given instructions on how to care for their shoulder and were advised to take it easy over the weekend and the site will followup on [REDACTED] with them The associate was able to continue working First aid only
