What happened
Associate alleges While walking to the bathroom with a patient she began to lunge forward unable to move her feet. I held her up as she clung to the grab bars falling until help arrived. Due to small space in room and 4WW I had to lift the commode chair over the toilet to give her a place to rest. Bruised Left shoulder on metal shelf trying to help patient. Noted intense left groin left lower back and left shoulder pain.:
