Associate alleges The lobby floor was noted to be slippery. I had slid without falling in my rubber bottom flat shoes earlier. Each time we requested housekeeping address the floor and added signage. At [REDACTED] I was coming across the lobby to my office when my foot slid out from under me causing me to fall with my Left leg straight and my right leg bent hitting the inside of my R knee on the floor and scrubbing my left elbow. Neither area broke the skin. There is pain and swelling in my rt knee pain in my rt hip and lower back.
