Before the incident
TM was spreading water using the front end loader on the inside south east side of the plant [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. When dropping his bucket to disperse the water the bucket caught the rail road track in the floor causing the loader to stop in its place. This caused his knee and ankle to hit into the center column of the steering wheel. Over the weekend TM 's ankle and knee became tender and swollen. Upon arriving [REDACTED] he informed the TL of the incident and requested to visit [REDACTED]-1. The coach arrived on site at [REDACTED] and spoke with TM about the incident and then reached out to safety to coordinated the [REDACTED]-1 visit.
