Before the incident
TM was replacing a seal in a grapple block. Crane boom tip was on the ground . TM propped it up with a pry bar Which slipped out . pinching his finger between the cement and the grapple block. Then TM pulled out his fingers quickly and cut them . Had we used a 2X4 this would not have happened. TM went to med 1 16 stiches
