Before the incident
A team member was in the Briquetter parts car to drill a hole in a few pieces of metal. On the last hole the drill bit caught the edge of the hole torqued the drill out of the TM 's hand spun 360* and hit the TM 's pinky which was resting against the bench mounted vice and the proceeded to snap the drill bit. Team member went to Med-1 where the doctor told him that he fractured the tip of his pinky.
