Before the incident
TM was trying to move a fan to point toward her. The shield casing around the fan came loose and TM 's finger slipped between the casing which caught her fingernail. The fan hit the top of her fingernail which then came off her finger. TM came to the breakroom. Due to the pain being experienced Coach took TM to MED1 for treatment. Doctor removed the remaining splinter of the nail gave a localized numbing shot and returned to the building within 1.5 hours
