Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee stated that he tripped and fell over hoses in the pump house hurting his left ankle. This was not a witness fall by any other employees. TM did notify Team Lead that this occurred. Team Lead did not see any swelling at this time and gave TM a cold pack to use due to no compression wrap was found. Team Lead was unable to get into contact with Night Coach so the Day Coach was contacted. Team Member was told to rest and if pain was still there the [REDACTED] the contact Day coach and appointment to get checked out would be set up.
