TM was driving truck and observed that the front strap holding the tarp down over their load had come loose TM attempted to retrieve that strap in order to resecure it TM took hold of the trailer for support and the section of the trailer they were holding onto broke loose from the trailer causing TM to fall to the ground TM reports pain in the [REDACTED] area of the back TM was able to walk to the break room and complete an AR TM completed the AR and then went home
