What happened
It was reported that the employee was injured while performing maintenance on a broken conveyor belt when the injured employee saw a near by blower was off. The injured employee tried to lift the heavy blower from its base when his hand slipped from a grip and his middle finger nail was torn from the nailbed on his right hand. The impeller on the blower was reported still moving when it was lifted from the the base. Possible finger fracture.
