Rotating cylinder head to remove valves

Injury happened at about [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Employee in the engine tear down was using the hoist to rotate the head to access the lower part. While moving the chains of the hoist out of the way the hook grabbed the head and rotated the head back towards the employee pinching his thumb.
