What happened
Officer was being taught the lnside Takedown where he was training on another recruit. He had his hands clasped around the trainees head and was pushing him down to the mat as he is doing this he planted his right foot back sideways and put his knee to the ground. As his right knee went to the ground he felt a pop in his knee and then rolled backwards as he was gabbing it with his right foot still planted. He then was helped on to his right knee and advised he had pain.
