standing on catwalk and one foot on the tank installing placard from hazmat shipment. in the process of moving the placard his foot slipped off the tank [REDACTED] leapt from the tank to prevent from falling. Upon hitting the ground his shoulder and hand hit the metal I-beam at [REDACTED].
