What happened
While delivering two long pallets at approximately 600 lbs. each driver was using pallet jack to pull pallets towards liftgate then pushed the pallet jack to the opposite side of the freight to push freight towards the tail of the trailer. While pulling the pallets he felt a pop in his shoulder and is reporting pain in his right shoulder.
