Team member was walking back from the Cadillac Lathe to the front lathe when their right arm made contact with the handle from the tail stock The team member said that normally the tail stock is inwards on the lathe approximately 68 keeping the knob of the tail stock within the confines of the machine [REDACTED] the tail stock was pushed all of the way out causing the knob to protrude into the walking path between the 2 lathes The team member felt instant pain and numbness Team member said they were losing feeling from the elbow down to the hand Axiom was called and basic first aid was prescribed [REDACTED] the team member stated their arm was not getting better and requested to call Axiom again Axiom was contacted and they recommended he seek medical attention at Valley Medical
