Before the incident

The team member was in process of lifting Nesting Ring from solid base The lift eye located on nesting ring was not aligned with the one of the cranes 4 axis which was believed to be required for a safe lift The lift eye that was in use was currently about 45 degrees off the center axis The team member attempted to rotate the ring on the base into proper lifting position by pulling the lift eye manually towards their body with their left hand Team member felt a pop and pain immediately in their wrist Team Member went to walk off the pain and returned to work without notifying on site supervision [REDACTED] team member escalated to the immediate supervisor of the injury Axiom was notified and basic first aid was prescribed Team member later went to clinic and was given work restrictions
