What happened
During the IT Outage EE was working on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] he was the only Red Coat at the counter and both days he worked long hours. He was at the ticket counter standing walking for long hours without able to take sufficient break or lunch to rest. He mentioned he had this pain before but he believes standing and walking for so many hours it triggered for the pain to be more severe. The pain has gotten worse that it hurts when he 's standing and walking.
