What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was at the ticket counter at the beginning of the shift; in attempting to help the first customer EE tried to take the customer 's ID from their hand across the counter EE felt a sharp pain in shoulder. EE could not lift up right arm to take the customer 's ID. EE continued to work using left arm and tried not to lift most of the bags ' weight with their right arm. After a [REDACTED] of hours EE said the pain was almost unbearable and asked the RTSM if they could puck (assign) EE at the Queue Coach task for the rest of their 4-hour shift that [REDACTED].
