What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was workingregularly scheduled shift of [REDACTED] when at [REDACTED] EE felt a discomfort on lower back while loading freight on a [REDACTED] outbound flight. EE stretched and assumed pain would subside and finished shift at 1000. EE later arrived for his later scheduled shift of 1830-0100 feeling better and later aggravated it feeling a pinched nerve on lower left back resulting in seeking medical attention at Legacy Meridian Park Emergency where medication was provided
