[REDACTED] [REDACTED] in the process of loading the cowl pump onto the [REDACTED] I felt a painful shock go down my right arm from my shoulder. I felt some stiffness and pain in certain arm positions and let [REDACTED] know who told me to take it easy. While crawling under the engine to unlatch the tr 's I lowered myself down on my same arm and felt an intense amount of pain shoot from my shoulder and had to lay on the ground for a while until the pain subsided. At the same time Coworker called Other Co-worker over who helped lift me off the ground and I spent the rest of the shift with pain in my shoulder. Restrictions
