[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was at the ticket counter assisting with the morning launch. She had handled up to a dozen bags utilizing proper body ergonomics. SHe was approached by an Agent asking her to conduct a passport verification she states that when she turned to face her she stepped onto her left leg first and when stepping on her right leg [REDACTED] states she felt four pops in her knee and felt immediate pain. She was unable to put any weight on her leg and stopped herself from falling by holding onto the counter. She removed herself from the operation and iced her leg.
