What happened
While operating in the Kitchen the technician noticed the hydraulic cart used to hold and move ingredients on the platform was raised up farther than normal. The TM attempted to lower the cart. When the hydraulic release did not work the TM began investigating the underside of the cart for root cause. The cart gave way while TM had their arm underneath thus trapping them. Additional TMs needed to lift cart up enough to free the individual.
