Before the incident
Right hand caught in moving conveyour while cleaning during a changeover. Conveyor was not locked out or unplugged and was moving at time of incident. Employee was cleaning with a towel between conveyor and framework; conveyor pulled hand into roller mechanism causing lacerations to pointer and middle finger; significant bruising and swelling of hand was visible as well. Employee was sent to Med 1 for treatment; his family picked him up to take him. Employee stated pain level of six and increasing as he waited for a ride for treatment
