Sack and patch on exterior wall using a ladder

At the time of the incident the worker was attempting to move the ladder to a new location. When he pulled up on the ladder that was stuck his foot slipped. He tried to hang onto the ladder but the ladder began to slide down the wall sideways. Unable to maintain control of the ladder he fell to the ground.
