Employee was getting ready to pull the truck off the dumper hoist and away from the trailer.

The dumper operator lifted the hoist up when the truck was still partially on the host. He raised it up about 3 feet before realizing that the truck was still on it. He normally waits for a signal that the truck is in the clear before raising the dump but he was getting impatient that the gap of beans in the evenfeed was getting too wide so he started raising the hoist too early. The operator dropped it as the driver disengaged the pin on the truck to unhook the trailer.

Strained lower back

The force of the truck dropping 3 feet. He was seated in the truck when this happened.
