Climbing into the bed of a pickup truck.
What happened
While attempting to enter the the bed of a pick-up truck the employee climbed up by placing one foot on the bumper and one on the top of the [REDACTED]. The [REDACTED] shifted causing the employee to lose his balance and fall to the ground. The employee was provided first-aid for a sore shoulder and neck refused further medical treatment and returned to work.
