What happened
[REDACTED] was mixing some elbow pasta after a run on the [REDACTED] cook machine and as employee was mixing he felt a sharp pain in his left forearm. [REDACTED] noticed he had trouble moving his left hand and advised a team leader of his discomfort. After first aid measures employee still had limited ROM and requested to seek medical attention.
