Employee was sorting and rearranging boxes inside a crate employee stated she was wearing her safety gloves.

Employee attempted to place a box (15 lbs.) on top of another but did not raise the box high enough and the boxes collided the box employee was holding pushed back causing her left thumb to bend backwards.
