What happened
Employee had loaded a part into the machine and was resting his arm on the machine while checking a part with the other hand. When he touched the metal table where the inspection equipment was sitting it sent an electric shock through his body. In inspecting the area after this incident occurred it was discovered that the inspection equipment had a short. It was immediately repaired.
