What happened
Employee was getting ready to move a pan of parts from a shelf to a pallet. He ripped the tag off the pan of parts which caused the pan to fall from the shelf. He tried to catch the pan from falling and pulled a muscle in his abdomen. When the accident occurred he didn 't think he needed medical attention. When he returned to work the [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) he was still hurting and decided that he should seek medical attention. The doctor diagnosed it as a strain.
