EE states that he was running the grinder the meat got stuck and he was trying to climb the ladder to go up and push it. EE put on white cotton gloves EE hardly uses those gloves when he goes up and pushes it. EE had already climbed like 2 to 3 times to push the meat and on the last one that 's when EE fell. EE was on the third step with one foot on the fourth and he couldn 't grab the ladder his hand slipped he lost his balance and his own weight made his other hand slip. When I realized it I was already down I fell on the metal that covers the hydraulic pump. I hit the right side of my back in the area where the kidneys are. I didn 't hit any other part of my body.
