Two employees were attempting to load the shrink-wrap plastic machine with a roll of shrink-wrap plastic. [REDACTED] was observing while [REDACTED] was attempting to unlatch the guarding door to access to the rolling housing of the machine [REDACTED] placed the left hand outside the guard to push the latching mechanism button since the mechanism did not unlatch (was jammed) the [REDACTED] introduced the right hand behind the guarding door to help with the leverage [REDACTED] right-hand ring finger became in contact with an undetermined sharp puncture surface
