[REDACTED] TO TELL ME THAT SHE WAS WORKING ON THE FROZEN FOOD RESET AT DG 12552 AND WHILE MOVING A SHELF SHE HEARD A LOUD POP SOUND IN HER SHOULDER AND HAD AN INTENSE PAIN RUN DOWN FROM HER SHOULDER TO HER HAND. SHE ALSO STATED THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO PICK UP HER ARM TO WITHOUT A SEVERE PAIN IN HER SHOULDER ARM AREA. SHE STATED SHE WAS LEAVING THE STORE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED SHE EITHER BROKE HER SHOULDER OR DISLOCATED HER SHOULDER.
