[REDACTED] was putting together a run of shelving units. While trying to attach one upright to the other via the kick plate one of the uprights fell. [REDACTED] went to catch it and but did not move his hand in time and the upright fell directly on his right hand where the grooves that holds the pegboard in his the top of his hand directly. He began to bleed all over the place. He came to the front of the store where we helped him cover the injury and I transported him to the local emergency room.
