What happened
The rep reached out at about [REDACTED] asking me to call her. When I called her she was just getting ready to leave the store (DG [REDACTED]). She advised that after she had completed the soda reset she was by the manager to get the sign off and when she backed up to move out of the way of another employee and tripped fell over a box. She laned on the floor and is now having back pain. She had already complete the project and wanted to advised me that she had additional work in the store for [REDACTED] but it would depend on how her back felt if she would be able to get it done. The SM and the other store employee witnessed what happened. I asked her if she could send me an email detailing what happened when she got home and she agreed.
