In an email response unrelated to her injury rep reported she sprained her wrist removing the pegs on the plastic shelf dividers. I asked her what she was doing when she hurt herself. She said she was prying the pins out of the dividers with a tool she obtained from the store manager. The tool was like a screwdriver with a claw at the end. I asked if she continued to work or if it was done at the end of the reset. Rep responded she continued to work as it wasn 't that bad. She has had things hurt worse. She added she didn 't need to go to the doctor and it was better. She said her wrist is just a little sore today.
