Troubleshooting air leak

Troubleshooting an air leak from the upper CI dryer for deck 7. We tried to test the air after disconnecting the cam-and-groove airline. We did not realize that a large amount of air would come from that hose as the air was turned on. The hose went wild in the CI area hitting [REDACTED] 's belt buckle and knocking his safety glasses off of his face. The airline had left a cut across the right side of his face next to his eye.
