Assist patient walking

I was demonstrating a hip flexor stretch to one of my patients on [REDACTED]. After doing so I moved from half kneeling to kneeling then sat back on my heels. When I moved to stand from the floor I felt some posterior bilateral knee pain with diff iculty fully extending them. During the following few weeks I self-treated gradually improved and was able to resume my normal exercise routine. Unfortunately I 've had a few setbacks; one on [REDACTED] while gait training a new above knee amputee he lost his balance I pivoted quickly to help him and felt more medial right knee pain. Again [REDACTED] while trying to do some yard work I aggravated my left knee. Lastly on [REDACTED] while demonstrating a standing knee flexion exercise to a patient I felt posterior right knee pain with inability to fully extend it. Currently I have minimal pain in my left knee.
