According to his statement between aisle 62 and 63 I was transferring the product from the tote to the sleeve on the cart and put a LP label on the sleeve and I moved and I slipped over the floor that 's not even. I hit my right side of my body (my leg ankle knee and my wrist but I hit my wrist the hardest.
