Wrapping pallet

EE had a pallet of cardboard totes on the wrapping machine and started to place the plastic cap on top of the pallet he went to position the plastic cap better and he shifted his body weight which caused his left foot to slip off the ramp causing [REDACTED] to roll his left ankle and he felt a pop on top of his left foot. [REDACTED] caught himself on the blue support beam to keep from falling. While waiting for his ride to arrive it seemed to me the opt of his left foot was where he felt pain.
