Before the incident
The employee was adding flour on top of the bread while working at the MIWE oven scoring section. The trays are coming out of the TPS elevator system onto the blue conveyor and this point one of the trays gets stuck in the elevator flipping the tray inward and pinching the employees right hand between the plexiglass and Miwe setter tray. The employee quickly removes their right hand after inching their hand.
