On [REDACTED] After replacing damaged flues in 4 MBR kettle Three employees were welding the kettle sidewalls back in place The employees were in close proximity to each other and welded for approximately 910 hours of their 12 hour shift The employee that was welding in between the other two started to have discomfort and blurred vision [REDACTED] The pain continued throughout the night and plant personnel was contacted He was later taken to the emergency room where it was determined the employee had received welding burns to his eyes
