EE was positioned on top of a ladder using a power washer machine to clean the 6K cooler. While attempting to descend one step of the ladder one of the ladder legs fell into a drain canal causing instability. The EE attempted to hold himself but the ladder closed itself out which resulted on the EE falling on top of the closed ladder injuring his left knee.
