The IE was moving a suspension piece for a 4x4 Vehicle to the side door of The IE 's truck. The the IE moved down the steps and exited the truck.

After the IE exited the truck the IE turned around and went to lift the part out of the truck. When the IE lifted the part the IE stumbled forward and due to the weight of the part the IE suffered a strain the the right should and right side of the neck.

Cervical strain initial encounter and right shoulder strain initial encounter.

The suspension piece for a 4x4 vehicle the IE was delivering to a customer.

The EE moved a suspension knee to the side door. Then the IE went down the steps turned around to lift the part out of the truck. When the IE did this the weight of the part caused the IE to stubble forward and strain her right shoulder and neck muscles
