What happened
The EE was loading a used car seat into the EE 's truck. When the EE went to place the chair the EE reached down to move a piece of suspension (knee assembly) with his right hand. While moving the suspension piece so he could place the seat where the EE needed it the EE felt a pop in his right elbow.
